Govt launches ₹10,900 cr EV subsidy scheme; fund to secure e-bus payments

The Union Cabinet has launched the PM E-Drive Scheme, allocating ₹10,900 crore over two years to boost electric vehicle usage in India. It will support electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, e-buses, and establish numerous charging stations.
