India Women triumphed over West Indies by 49 runs in the first T20I, extending their winning streak to nine. Jemimah Rodrigues (73) and Smriti Mandhana (54) propelled India to a record 195/4. While Qiana Joseph (49) and Deandra Dottin (52) shone for West Indies, their 146/7 fell short.
