Delhi girl murder: Neighbour shot, held after police encounter, confesses to killing 3-year-old

Delhi Police apprehended a 37-year-old man for the murder of a three-year-old girl. The child's body was discovered in a drain in Kapashera after a missing complaint was filed. Police identified the suspect, Chandan Kumar, through CCTV footage analysis and a subsequent raid. Kumar allegedly fired at officers during his arrest and was injured in the leg. He confessed to the murder and was a neighbor of the victim.
